Vintage Pens: Waterman Nurse’s Pen
Vintage Pens: 1891 Waterman Nurse’s Pen
Incredible ivory pearl celluloid salutes the uniforms and femininity of nurses during World War II is this Waterman Nurse's Pen. Fully restored, this pen retains incredible color clarity. You can only see inner cap ink staining at certain angles! We installed a fresh ink sac. There are no cracks in the lip of the cap, but there is one tiny one sprouting below the bolt of the pocket clip. The nickel plating is brassing heavily on the top of the bolt. The rest of the pen is in great shape. The cap and barrel do have some wear, but you really can't see it through the incredible design of the ivory pearl celluloid. This is a Canadian Waterman. The 14k gold nib writes a smooth line with a nearly 1mm stubbish nib. Click the headline for a good close look. 12.3cm capped.
