Hold on to your hats, Ladies and Gentlemen. A cocobolo finish is even more stunning in real life on this LeBoeuf 75 Unbreakable fountain pen. It is hard to believe this is a vintage pen, let alone an extremely early celluloid pen, given the vibrancy and lack of wear. No cracks. There's a spot of brassing on the lever filler and even less on the clip. The pen has been restored with a new ink sac. Click the headline for close-ups. You'll notice a scratch under the 8 on the original 14k gold nib. No cracks in the nib. It writes a very smooth, dry extra-fine line with a tiny bit of flex. The imprint is worn in the center but reads "Unbreakable" on the top line and "Springfield, Mass." on the bottom line. On the flat tail the 75 imprint is very clean. 14.2cm capped.
