Vintage Pens: Waterman Commando
Vintage Pens: 3057 Waterman Commando
During World War II, even the pens were ready to fight. Take this Waterman Commando for example. Who knew pens could be commandos? Well, if it is mightier than the sword... . Our Waterman Commando is fully restored with a new ink sac. Its color is a deep merlot red. There are no cracks, but the pen has some wear from use. The imprint is still strong and the clip is on tightly. (No cracks from the top button, either.) A large 14k gold nib writes a very nice FLEXI fine-medium to 2mm wide line. It isn't a wet noodle, but it isn't a rigid semi-flex, either. You can train each other how best to work together. 12.7cm capped.
