Vintage Pens: Parker Duofold
Vintage Pens: 3103 Parker Duofold
In the late, late 1920s and early, early 1930s, Parker began experimenting a little more with the color of its flagship Duofold pens. Our streamlined Parker Duofold has the lovely burgundy-and-black marbled design. The barrel imprint is strong and clear. You won't read the word "Junior" on it, but the length seems closer to a junior size. It has a couple scratches and wear marks, but it is in overall good cosmetic condition. No cracks! Brassing is only found on the bottom cap band and the ball of the pocket clip. The original Christmas tree inkfeed and 14k gold nib write a dry extra-fine to fine line. Fully restored with a new ink sac. 11.9cm capped.
