Vintage Pens: Parker 75

Vintage Pens: 3980 Parker 75
Era: 1960-1979   Fountain Pen Nib Size: F
Price: $125.00
Slithering into your pen collection is this great Parker 75 with a custom-made snake clip. Upon consultation with a well-known Parker 75 expert, it appears that this clip was not from the Parker factory but a customer fashioned add-on. Click the headline for a closer look at it and the nib. The rest of this sterling silver pen is rather traditional with the cicelé finish. The section threads are plastic, and the section collar has hash marks to help you turn the nib to customize the grip to your writing angle. The ends of the pen are 4 golden layers with a flat dish. The silver is in good shape, no dents but two tiny flattened spots if you look extra hard. Otherwise it looks nearly perfect. Comes with a still-working original squeeze-bar converter that will give out some day soonish but will take modern Parker converters and cartridges. Original 14k gold nib writes a smooth fine line. 12.7cm capped.
