Falling out of a time-and-space worm hole and on to our laps from 1920s New York is a New Old Stock Waterman 56. We restored this vintage pen with a new ink sac. However, it is the freshest looking vintage pen from this era that we've ever seen. It is shiny black hard rubber. No cracks, scratches or bite marks. (Okay, there's one very subtle, easily missed scratch to the right of the pocket clip.) The golden trim is free of brassing. The imprints are impeccable. Even the flat tail's number imprint of 56 still has its original orange paint! You also get the original 14k gold nib that writes a smooth, fine line. Click the headline to see it is stamped as a manifold nib. Manifold means it is a firm nib meant for writing through carbon copies. Like Mary Poppins, it is practically perfect in every way. 14.2cm capped.
