Vintage Pens: Parker Vacumatic OVERMAX
Vintage Pens: 4509 Parker Vacumatic OVERMAX
Fountain Pen Nib Size: Stub
Among the rarest versions of the Parker Vacumatic is the Parker Vacumatic Overmax. This vintage pen is a rare gem made in 1940 at the Parker factory in Janesville, Wisconsin. It intentionally combined leftover Oversized and Maxima parts to create a new pen only using the already extremely rare burgundy celluloid. Our Overmax is in almost mint condition with amazing barrel clarity and a STUB nib! It is rare on top of rare. Restored before it came to us from a very dedicated vintage pen collector, it is in good working order. You'll see straight through the celluloid barrel with only a shade of light ambering. No cracks, scratches or brassing. Click the headline to see the perfectly preserved, smooth 2-tone stub nib. 13.6cm capped.
