Pre-Owned Pens: Kaigelu Faux Duofold

Chinese pens are dominating the new-pen market these days, and it is only natural for us to start listing some of the better models, such as this Kaigelu Faux Duofold. Kaigelu is a subsidiary of Hero Pens, which is famous for its faux Parker 51. As such, it seems only fitting that they’d pursue a Parker Duofold design. Gotta admit, the Kaigelu Faux Duofold is a pretty nice copy. It has a great black and pearl design on the cap and barrel. It comes with its converter. Its steel nib looks like two-tone gold on a passing glance. The nib sings a little as it writes a smooth medium line. You might need to break-in the nib a little. 13.5cm capped.
