Vintage looks look great on modern preowned pens. Our Levenger True Writer set consists of a fountain pen and ballpoint pen. Showing only minor wear from use, each is ready to take on all of your writing adventures. We installed a brand-new blue ballpoint refill on the ballpoint pen. Just twist the tail cap to advance and retract the refill. Unfortunately, we don't have a Levenger converter that fits just right. Ever the innovator, Parker created a kindof 2-in-1 pen with the Parker 180 Flighter. From the late 1970s or early '80s, these pens incorporated the skinny-pen trend of its time along with a double-sided 14k gold nib. Fed by an overfeed and an underfeed, this pen writes a smooth, fine line with one side of the nib and a smooth, extra-fine line with the other side of the nib. The "Flighter" designation means it is a stainless-steel pen. No dents or cracks--just a little light wear from use. Includes its original squeeze-bar converter, which still works. Plus you can use Parker cartridges with it. 13.2cm capped.

Blue-and-orange "Saffron" designs in the Omas Paragon never get old. We love the rich, almost granite-like quality of the celluloid's patterns. Our pre-owned luxury pen is in good working order with no cracks or deep scratches. Only a little wear from use. The piston is a little stiff but works well. You will find the 18k gold nib is marked medium and writes more of a drier fine line. We thinks it needs some breaking in from use. It sat unused for too long and needs a little TLC. A 1997 imprint is in the barrel, just behind the section. 14cm capped.

Almost perfect but not quite. There are a couple little dimples in the gold-plated cap band of this oversized ebony-and-pearl Sheaffer Balance Lifetime. It is a stunningly handsome pen that is actually made with abalone shell flakes, not pearl. No cracks or deep scratches. No brassing. Looks amazing. It also feels great in your hand, if you have larger hands. You will write a very nice, smooth fine line with its two-tone 14k gold nib. It is a firm nib, so you will feel the paper under your pen, but we don't think it is scratchy. There is ambering in the ink viewing window. Still, it is an amazing vintage pen. The most iconic pen of the Pelikan line is the green-striped Souveran. Our Pelikan Souveran is an M800. For our hands, it is the most comfortable size. Not oversized nor mid- or small, either. This preowned pen has a smooth operating piston. Light wear is visible on the cap and barrel, but there are no cracks or deep scratches. Its two-tone 18k gold nib might need a little breaking in with daily use. It writes a fine line with a little feedback, but we think it will smooth out the more it is written with. 14cm capped.
