Pre-Owned Pens: 2951 Mont Blanc Noblesse
Filling Mechanism: Cartridge/Converter
Era: 1980-present
Price: $149.99
Pre-Owned Pens: 2951: Mont Blanc: Noblesse
Wintry fresh is our blue Mont Blanc Noblesse fountain pen. We haven't seen many of the more colorful Noblesses, and this one is in excellent condition with only the lightest of wear. If this preowned luxury pen was ever used, it was very sparingly used. We included a Caran D'ache standard international converter that fit, but it also can use like cartridges. It writes with an 18k gold nib that lays down a delightful medium line. 13.8cm capped.
Vintage Pens: 3146 Sheaffer Balance
Filling Mechanism: Lever Filler
Era: 1930-1939
Price: $199.99
Vintage Pens: 3146: Sheaffer: Balance
Oversized Sheaffer Balance fountain pens in the striated "Carmine" celluloid are pretty rare to find. We were ecstatic to find one with an original two-tone 14k Lifetime gold nib. Restored with a fresh ink sac, this pen has a nice ink view window to let you know when you are almost out of ink. Although it is rare, it does have a few little issues. Much of the gold plating is missing from the cap band and lever. Its carmine cap and barrel have some wear from use, but the big drawback is a 5/16ths of an inch hairline crack from the lip going up under the cap band. The nib writes a remarkably smooth but firm, wet extra-fine line! Truly impressive writer. The barrel imprint is weak, but you can still read it...including its "1000" mark, which meant the pen originally cost $10. 14cm capped.

Pre-Owned Pens: 3145: Mont Blanc: 149
Mont Blanc 149 fountain pens are among the most coveted luxury pens in the world. What will make this one particularly worth coveting is its near perfection AND 14k gold STUB NIB! Yep. It is 1mm wide and writes with wonderfully juicy line variation. Click the headline to see the nib closely. Among the other things that make this so desirable are its split ebonite inkfeed and 1980s pedigree with a "W. Germany" stamp on the clip ring. Pre-serial numbers and "pix." The piston filler is in great working order. Decadently oversized and the envy of the boardroom. Think of the great signatures you'll have on contracts with the stub nib. Only light wear on the "precious resin" and trim. 14.7cm capped.
Vintage Pens: 3138 Parker Duofold Senior
Filling Mechanism: Button Filler
Era: 1920-1929
Price: $249.99
Vintage Pens: 3138: Parker: Duofold Senior
It's not easy being green, but this oversized senior Parker Duofold makes it look pretty easy. Our vintage pen's cap is nearly perfect for color and no cracks. You will see the barrel is darker in real life by 3 or 4 shades. Still, compared to most green Duofolds of the 1920s, this one is pretty impressive. We restored the pen with a fresh ink sac. Click the headline to see the original 14k gold nib close up. In our right hands it writes a very smooth, wet medium line. Yet, the close-up will reveal that the top tine slopes up to a slightly higher bottom tine. It can look a little oblique, but the pen writes normally in our right hand. None of us is left handed, so we aren't sure how that side works. It has a "Christmas Tree" inkfeed. Some brassing on the pocket clip. 14cm capped.
Pre-Owned Pens: 3019 Namiki Pilot Capless 50th Anniversary
Filling Mechanism: Cartridge/Converter
Era: 1980-present
Price: $499.99
Pre-Owned Pens: 3019: Namiki Pilot: Capless 50th Anniversary
One of the most popular pens on the market today is the Pilot Vanishing Point. Its origins go back more than 50 years, and this genuinely rare limited edition pen celebrates that anniversary. Number 691 of only 900 pens, the Pilot Capless 50th Anniversary pen is made of Itaya maple wood! It is the first Pilot Vanishing Point to be made of wood. It rests in a box made of maple, too. It comes complete with cartridges and a converter, as well as papers, including a brief history of Pilot/Namiki's capless fountain pens. The box and pen numbers match. We are pretty sure the pen has never been inked, and the rest of the pen's condition is flawless. Without testing it, its nib is 18k gold and marked "F" for fine. 14.1cm retracted.
Vintage Pens: 3137 Parker Duofold Senior
Filling Mechanism: Button Filler
Era: 1920-1929
Price: $199.99
Vintage Pens: 3137: Parker: Duofold Senior
We have never seen a Parker Duofold Senior in jade celluloid this close to perfect! If you look closely, you can see three faint browning rings in the cap, but the cap still looks fairly impressive. NO CRACKS! Heavy brassing can be found on the cap ring, with additional brassing at the top and bottom of the clip. In an effort to prevent further discoloration we have not added a new ink sac. Yet, if you want this as a daily writer, we can put that ink sac in for you. The spring is properly engaged to the button in the tail. Click the headline for a close-up of the nib. The 14k gold nib and feed are the correct replacement parts designed for Parker Duofolds, which are fairly common to find in Duofolds that had a lifetime warranty. It writes a smooth fine line. 13.8cm capped.
