MPrice:
$5,999.99We're all here in a steampunk submarine. A steampunk submarine. A steampunk submarine. Welcome to the most fanciful luxury pen we have ever seen: the Jean Pierre LePine Graphyscaf (The Ocean)! Designed to look like a steel-and-brass submarine from a time when Jules Verne wrote about them, this is an intense fountain pen that is NEW OLD STOCK. Never used, it remains a museum-worthy piece of functional art. Our favorite detail about the pen itself is the ink reservoir portal which features a whimsical underseas scene. Its display is a portal like window box of steel and brass, which you can fill with the included sand and seashells! The entire arrangement is packed in a wooden crate to keep it safe. Pre-Owned Pens:
5395 LeBoeuf Greg Norman Filling Mechanism:
Cartridge/ConverterEra:
1980-present Fountain Pen Nib Size:
FPrice:
$125.00You're gonna need a bigger pen case. That's right "The Shark" Greg Norman has his own limited edition LeBoeuf fountain pen. Ours is numbered 0668. This is the modern revival of the classic LeBoeuf pen company that first invented the celluloid pen. The PGA champion's autograph is on the black cap of this otherwise gold plated pen sporting an alternating design of plain stripes and a barley pattern. At the top of the cap is an opal, perhaps a nod to his Aussie roots. Its two-tone 18k gold nib writes a smooth fine line. Click the headline for a close-up. You can fill it with its included screw-in standard international converter or like cartridges. The pen looks great overall, though it has a little light shop wear. 14cm capped.

We offer one such pen here that has been cleaned and readied for a new home. Only light wear on the pen and no internal staining. Click the headline for a close-up to see its "B" steel nib. You will find it to be a surprisingly smooth nib that sings a little as it glide along the page. 13.9cm capped.
Vintage Pens:
5046 Sterling Silver Repousse Filling Mechanism:
Dip)
Era:
1900-1909 Fountain Pen Nib Size:
SFPrice:
$399.99Classy, elegant, sophisticated. Dip pen fans will love this sterling silver repousse antique pen. We suspect it comes from around the turn of the 20th century. It could be older. The holder is marked "Sterling," but there is no formal branding. Ergo, we don't know who made it. There are a couple little marks on the pen, and one of the silver edges where the nib goes in has split just a teeny-tiny amount. We included a "new" Esterbrook Bronze Falcon 048 nib, which is NOS. You will write a firm, smooth line from extra-fine to about 1mm. This is semi-flex and far from a wet noodle. Click the headline for close-ups. Yes, our cat is holding the pen down for a nib close-up, and, no, he is not for sale with the pen. 18.5cm.
Inkwells and Blotters:
4640 Porcelain Inkwell Era:
1920-1929Price:
$125.00Add some beauty and style to your desk with this porcelain inkwell with a floral design. Click the headline, and you can see that you lift the lid of the inkwell by the yellow rose to dip and fill your pen. A reserve dish behind the inkwell portion is for stamps, back when your could tear them from a perforated sheet and had to lick them. No cracks or chips mar the porcelain, but the gold piping along the edges is worn or missing in many places. There is what likely was part of a maker's mark on the bottom in the gold paint for the edging, but it, too, is mostly missing and indistinguishable. The flowers are all perfect. We dont't actually know when this was made, but the design suggests it might have been for a dip pen, yet the floral pattern seems a little more modern, which is why we guess the 1920s. However, we are not experts on porcelain inkwells and it could be earlier or later. International shipping might require more money than the site will ask. L: 14cm X W: 8cm X H: 7.5cm.
