Few pens were as popular in the 1990s as the Waterman Phileas. Affordable and classically designed, these modern fountain pens were a real crowd pleaser. Our Waterman Phileas was well loved and heavily used. You can see a lot of heavy wear to the barrel and cap. The good news is that it has an insanely smooth two-tone steel nib. A Waterman converter is included with the pen. It also takes standard international cartridges. Clearly this pen is ready to be someone else’s heavily used favorite. 13.5cm capped.
