Pre-Owned Pens: Taccia Staccato

Blue swirls gaze deeply back at you on the Taccia Staccato fountain pen. Our preowned pen looks as if it is in mint condition. Minimal, if any, wear. It is a handsome pen that is both large and easy to write with. The silvery trim is a nice touch, too. It doesn’t seem to have gotten much use, which is why its steel nib might need a little breaking in. What do we mean when we say it needs breaking in. Basically, it just needs someone to write with it on a daily basis until it is operating at its peak potential. For example: The nib is marked “M” for medium. However it writes a smooth fine line a little on the dry side. The more you write with this Taccia Staccato, the more it will likely naturally regain its medium nature and be a little less dry. 15.2cm capped.
