Pencils: Sheaffer H Pattern

If you are looking for a fun rabbit hole to follow, we highly recommend vintage Sheaffer pencils. Sheaffer made dozens of different designs on the same basic pencil shape. Each design was given a letter designation. This is the Sheaffer H Pattern pencil from 1925. Aside from some brassing on the ball of the clip and light scratches, this pencil looks nearly perfect. No dents or other major blemishes. Twist the tail crown/knob to advance or retract the 1.1mm lead. Pull out the crown to see a lead chamber with a hardened eraser stopper. The chamber or cassette is full of spare leads. Our Sheaffer H Pattern measures 12.9cm.
