The Levenger writing company requested a special series of Sheaffer Connaisseur pens made to represent several of the major seas on our planet. This is the Sheaffer Connaisseur Mediterranean Blue. It is a modern fountain pen, mainly from the 1990s. Our preowned pen has seen a fair amount of light wear. No cracks or deep scratches. However, you will notice a lot of light scratching when you examine it closely. Its smooth 14k gold nib makes up for any blemishes, as it writes such a smooth, dry fine line. Our Sheaffer Connaisseur Mediterranean Blue comes with a box. It takes Sheaffer cartridges converters. Happily, this one has a working aerometric style converter. Pen measures 14cm capped.
