Vintage Pens: Garantiert Napoleon

Going strictly by the word garantiert, which means guaranteed in German, we think the Garantiert Napoleon is a vintage German pen. Was there a Napoleon pen company in Germany? We have no idea. Garantiert Napoleon is the only thing we found engraved on the pen. No other symbols or markings. Whatever it is, it still works well with a nice piston filler. Are there three missing cap bands? Kinda looks like it, but maybe that was a design choice. No cracks or significant blemishes. The blind cap on the tail appears to be made of hardened black rubber that is a little chocolatey. You will write a line that can go from extra-fine to about .5mm wide with its semi-flexible 14k gold nib. 12.3cm capped.
