Good evening. Tonight’s deviously delightful fountain pen pays tribute to the master of suspense. Welcome to the Montblanc Hitchcock. Arriving in 2011, this preowned luxury pen is part of the Great Characters collection. Movie director Alfred Hitchcock gave us such great films as “Psycho;” “Vertigo;” “Rear Window;” “North by Northwest” and “The Birds” among dozens of other classics. The cap and barrel design of this pen was inspired by “Vertigo,” and the kitchen-knife pocket clip is a nod toward “Psycho’s” famous shower scene. Our pen comes with its boxes, booklet of quotes and the pen. This pen was used and shows some light wear. Unfortunately, the nib is a wonky. You can see one tine is cocked a bit to the right. Amazingly, it still writes a fairly smooth medium-broad line! If only we had a Friday the 13th to post this Montblanc Hitchcock.
