Who remembers those woven-paper finger traps from childhood? You stick a finger from each hand in each end of the trap and if you tried to pull your fingers out at the same time they were stuck. That is what the Faber-Castell Porsche Design Tec Flex ballpoint pen reminds us of. Technically, it is supposed to remind you of the outer lining of the brakes on a Porsche sports car. However, how many of us have actually worked on the brakes of a Porsche? Golden threads of metal are interwoven with silvery threads to make up the outer barrel of this preowned luxury pen. The pen is New Old Stock and looks factory fresh. It comes with all of its original boxes and papers. Click the tail end and you can watch the “finger trap” weaving move. Our Faber-Castell Porsche Design Tec Flex comes with a fresh, working black “Parker-style” refill. 14.7cm.
