Vintage Pens: Bride of FrankenPen

It’s alive. It’s aliiiive! The Bride of FrankenPen looks like a 1940s Waterman on a quick glance, but it has the wrong section, nib and inkfeed. In spite of its many flaws, we firmly believe that even ugly pens need love. So we gave it a new ink sac and got it working, again. Yeah, there’s deteriorating celluloid on the ends. There’s brassing and corrosion on the metal trim. It has some goofy golden alloy nib by “Signtru.” Whatev’s? We really don’t care and we aren’t charging much. It just needs a home that will love it. Maybe a vintage work horse that’s good for travel because you won’t miss it, if it walks off. Maybe a beginner pen for a young writing enthusiast. The Bride of FrankenPen ‘s nib is fine, firm and only has light feedback. 12.9cm capped.
